Terra Lab was founded in 2003. By 2019, the company had established successful partnerships with multiple wholesale distributors and expanded its presence across Central and Eastern European markets. This growth attracted investor interest, and in 2019 Terra Lab was acquired and merged with a company partly owned by Walgreens Boots Alliance.Next Chapter
From Distribution To Research-Led Development
During the acquisition process, Terra Lab International was founded in 2018. The company continued working with new products and market opportunities. In 2025 Terra Lab Pharma was created with strict goal to support sales and distribution activities. Terra Lab International continues to focus only on research and development projects.Portfolio
